Jonathan Lieber is a litigation associate with Gersh & Thomaidis, LLC. Mr. Lieber contributes his expertise in litigation and legal analysis in both commercial litigation and securities arbitration. Specifically, Mr. Lieber has in-depth experience representing individual investors, registered representatives, and broker-dealers in arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). As a result, Mr. Lieber has gained a unique perspective and experience interpreting and applying various SEC and FINRA rules and regulations relating to the financial services industry, generally, and investor relations, specifically. Mr. Lieber has worked at firms in both South Florida and Denver, where he has represented clients in securities arbitration and complex commercial disputes.
Mr. Lieber is currently admitted to practice law in Florida and is taking steps to become a licensed Colorado attorney. Mr. Lieber earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law in 2011, where he served as a member of the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law. He obtained his undergraduate degree in political science from Florida State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Mr. Lieber enjoys spending his free time exploring the outdoors and, since moving to Colorado, has become an avid skier.
